Refund and Return Policies

Online Purchases:

We entertain returns within 30 days from the date of purchase only. Terms and Conditions Apply!

All purchases are covered under our 1-year warranty against all manufacturing defects. In extremely rare case, if product gets faulty, we’ll offer you replacement within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items.

Returns that are opened, used, damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.

OTOUCH does not process exchanges. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges due to our strict hygiene policy. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products, in line with OTOUCH’s global safety and quality standards.

International Returns:

Ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address is essential, as we are unable to alter shipping addresses post-shipment to maintain security and customer protection.

In the unfortunate event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, please notify us promptly within 24 hours of delivery at service@otouch.com so that we may initiate a claim with the carrier. If your package experiences a delay with the carrier and remains stuck in transit at the same location for over 3 days, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we may assist you in opening a claim on your package.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your trust in us as we work to resolve any issues efficiently. Should any issues arise with your order, please promptly contact our dedicated customer service team at service@otouch.com within 24 hours of delivery. Your timely communication is crucial, as failure to do so may impact the resolution process. While we strive to address any concerns promptly, please be aware that filing a claim with the carrier does not guarantee reimbursement, particularly if the carrier confirms proper delivery to the correct address.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
